Rohe Homes Was Born from a Realization
Rohe Homes was founded to solve the housing crisis with real, practical solutions. During a visit to his father’s village in India, Rohan Kulkarni saw families living in overcrowded, deteriorating homes. Back in Canada, he noticed similar challenges — rising housing costs, lack of infrastructure, and outdated construction methods.
Determined to make a difference, Rohan partnered with his friend and now co-founder Salik Khan, whose experience with governments and First Nations provided insight into community needs. Frustrated by traditional housing models, they shared a vision for change. Together, they launched Rohe Homes — a company driven by innovation, social impact, and the belief that quality housing is a right. By streamlining the building process, they create sustainable, high-quality homes faster, providing families with security and opportunity.

Chief Executive Officer
Rohan Kulkarni is the founder and CEO of Rohe Homes, combining his passion for design with a drive to solve real-world housing challenges. With a background in Architectural Technology and hands-on experience at Triton Construction, he developed the Lotus Building System — an innovative foldable modular technology.
A thoughtful problem-solver and compassionate leader, Rohan’s outlook was shaped by a transformative visit to his father’s village in India, fueling his commitment to affordable, sustainable housing.
Through Rohe Homes, he’s dedicated to making a lasting impact, creating vibrant communities across Canada with integrity and purpose.
Salik Khan
Chief Experience Officer
Salik Z. Khan, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer(CXO) at Rohe Homes, has spent over 8 years blending technology and innovation to create solutions that make a real difference. With a background in Information Technology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Salik focuses on crafting meaningful client experiences that truly address the needs of homeowners and small-scale developers.
Driven by a deep sense of empathy and a passion for helping others, he’s dedicated to making housing more accessible, sustainable, and impactful for communities across Vancouver.
